"Feel Good" Flow Yoga

A Hatha style, slow flow vinyasa class which encourages deeper awareness of the body and focuses on alignment, with emphasis on mindful movement.

Movement + Meditation

A short floor-based “feel good” yoga flow followed by extended savasana and guided meditation. Release stress & tension, and feel great on the inside and out!

Chair Yoga

This is a yoga and functional movement class you can do while seated in a chair. Great for those with limited mobility or recovering from injuries

Restorative Yoga

All poses will be seated or laying down and will be held for longer periods to encourage deep relaxation and healing for your body, mind, and soul. Your body will be supported by props from around your home.

Strength Yoga

This class mixes strength-building yoga poses, functional movement, and the use of lightweight dumbbells. Balance strength and stretching for healthy joints!
